1. Distributed Ray Bradbury's biography packet for reading at home.
2. Reviewed the Plot Diagram for "A Sound of Thunder" and found evidence (quotes) supporting main character traits: Eckels and Travis.
3. Completed figurative language/devices sheet: similes, metaphors, onomatopoeia used in the story "A Sound of Thunder." On back, recorded passages indicating foreshadowing used in story and outcome of events foreshadowed.
4. Checked for homework grade the study guide questions for "A Sound of Thunder."
REMINDER: Complete Vocabulary Lessons VII and VIII in workbook, definitions and sentences.
