Check Lesson 16 (XVI) Manter Hall vocabulary word sentences using appositive/participial phrases. Students shared their sentences out loud, stating the word, definition, sentence and identification of phrase in the sentence. Peers reviewed with notes.
Check Lesson 16 for homework grade.

-How do you resolve confliect with your parents?
-What do you think is the best way to resolve conflict?
-What advice would you give your own children when they are sixteen (16)?
2) Passed out "from Night" vocabulary words to add to Lesson 16 (Manter Hall) for quiz on Friday, 1/6.
3) Passed out suggestions for New Year's resolutions; write goals in essay format and bring tomorrow. See handout.
4) Passed out "Expectations for English 2B" handout with writing assignment.
