In ACT II: Hydra: in Greek mythology, a nine-headed serpent that was killed by Hercules: "Had I as many mouths as Hydra, such an answer would stop them all" (II.3.304-305).
In ACT III: Chaos, according to Greek mythology, was the dark and silent abyss which gave birth to Night and to Erebus, the fathomless dwelling place of death: "...Perdition catch my soul. But I do love thee! and when I love thee not, Chaos is come again (III.3.90-91)
