Periods 1 - 3

1.  SSR and LOG

2.  Students completed Antigone pre-reading activity which they began yesterday, and we checked it for a grade. If they finished, they worked on the "Capitalization Self-Instruction"  packet.  Completed packet is due Friday, 12/7.  Students who were testing may bring it Monday, 12/10

3.  Progress Reports:  All students received progress reports and need to bring these signed by parent by tomorrow for a homework grade.

MONDAY, DEC. 10:  FINAL EXAM ESSAY



Periods 5 - 7

1.  Students completed Antigone pre-reading activity which they began yesterday.  We discussed the background to the play and checked the "fill-in-the-blanks" assignment for a grade.

2.  The Grapes of Wrath study guide was distributed to students for a test this Friday, December 7. Students who finished the Antigone assignment worked on the study guide.

3. Late "Capitalization" packets were collected for a late grade.

4. HOMEWORK:  Complete reading of The Grapes of Wrath and work on study guide. Vocabulary Lesson XV  is due tomorrow, Thursday Dec. 6.  Quiz Friday, 12/7.
