a) Most characters introduced, except one.
b) Foreshadowing sets up the conflict and moves the plot forward
c) Slim and Carlson are foils

2. Bring paragraph on Lennie Tuesday, October 22.

3.  Study SAT List 2 and Of Mice and Men vocabulary for quiz next Tuesday 10/22.

Study for vocabulary quiz LIST 7 next Tuesday, 10/22.  From now on, vocabulary quizzes will be Monday, unless there is a test, or holiday.
