Per. 1-3

1.  Catch-up day.  Students worked on SAR 7, a test grade, which will count three grades to show their mastery of SAR composing.
2.  Students completed SAR for Excerpt from Black Boy.
3.  Students turned in previous missing work.
4.  Students turned in  Writing Selection 6:  "Mein Kampf:  My Struggle to Understand the Mind of a Madman:  Make sure you are annotating why the items not selected are incorrect.

Per. 6-7

1.  Farewell to Manzanar:  Discussed Ch. 7.   Read Ch. 8 and 9 for homework.
2.  Night SAR Ch. 7:  Prove mastery of SAR composing:  Worth three grades.
3.  Study Poetry Terms on Vocabulary.com
