Periods 1 - 3

1.  Students worked on their essays for "Individualism" essays using Persuasive Analysis handout.

2.  Farewell to Manzanar Vocabulary Quiz 2 (Star)  This week:  Words with *.  Quiz Friday.


Periods 5 - 7

1.  Farewell to Manzanar Vocabulary Quiz 2  * and 4;  This week Vocabulary Lesson XXI. Due Thurs.

2.  Farewell to Manzanar:  Worked on group packets to complete this task. Students will complete at lunch if not finished during class.

3.  "Hero"  essays were stamped if revised and written on template.  Students took home the persuasive analysis graphic organizer to analyze their own essays.  Due tomorrow, 2/26.
