Farewell to Manzanar Ch. 12-17.  Students worked on questions while teacher met with students to discuss grades. Caught up on make-ups/tests.

Periods 5 - 7

1.  Farewell to Manzanar Ch. 1-11 short test.

2.  Olsen Project Expository Essay # 1 : 
Write an essay explaining the importance of learning from the past. Write rough draft on template.  Due tomorrow, 2/27.

Vocabulary for the week:  Vocabulary Lesson XXI.  Due Thursday 2/28.
