1.  Removed pp. 13-26 from G.U.M. workbook.  Placed back on shelf.  Complete pages 13-16 (exercises on verbs) for homework.

2.  Finished viewing John Steinbeck biography.  Discuss fascination with the Arthurian legend throughout his life.

3.  Worked on John Steinbeck Author Study questions.  Complete both handouts for homework.

4.  Read The Grapes of Wrath Chapters 5 and 6.  You are responsible for completing the reading of this book through chapter 6.

5.  Vocabulary quiz over Lesson XI and Review XII will be postponed until Monday, October 22.  Study your past vocabulary words: 1-100.
