A wise man once said, “There is no such thing as progress. There is only change and the illusion of progress.”
THINK:
Are we better off as a human race now than we were ten, twenty, thirty, one hundred years ago, or are we just living differently? Think in terms of life expectancy, the quality of life, health, disease, nutrition, time, quality of time spent with loved ones, and the overall lifestyles people live in this day and age.
WRITE:
Write an essay stating your position on whether man has had real progress or only change and the illusion of progress.
